I'm new here and excited to be part of this knowledgeable community. I've been working in the construction estimating field for a while now and have recently been exploring how tools like Chief Architect can improve the accuracy and speed of takeoffs, especially for residential projects.

 

I’m curious—what features or workflows have you found most useful when it comes to estimating directly from your Chief Architect plans? Are there any particular techniques or add-ons that have made a big difference?
