onthespothome
You must. be licensed in NJ as an architect or structural engineer. Pleas do not respond if you cannot stamp drawings. We also have a finished office space for anyone we work with to use for free.
FeldbrandDesigns
Hi, I’m a licensed architect in New Jersey with 19 years of experience. While I haven’t recently worked in Chief Architect, I’m very familiar with the platform and can easily take your design—especially if it’s in DXF or DWG format—and convert it into a full, detailed set of construction documents. As a fully licensed architect, I am authorized under NJ law to review and stamp residential or light commercial drawings. I’m happy to review any plans you may already have and finalize them for permit submission if needed. Looking forward to potentially working together. My email address is Israelfeldbrand@gmail.com Phone number 732-552-6691. Fastest way to reach me is via text or email Best regards, Israel Feldbrand, R.A.
