Deck Over Foundation Wall-Decking Border

I have drawn a 1st floor deck over a couple of foundation walls that are part of a walkout basement patio on the foundation level. I had previously found information to deal with this by designating the foundation walls with no room definition. This allowed me to draw a deck over a foundation/retaining wall. I can draw the deck over the foundation walls, but when I do, the 2 rows of border planks will not display. See attached images.

 

Is there a way to have the deck sit on the foundation walls and to also display the decking border planks as set?
