Cascading pool and patio on slope

I am drawing this house in Costa Rica in Chief.

How would you draw this patio on a slope with cascading pools? I thought it would be important to show the foundation or retaining walls. 

So, I drew first with a slab, but that did not show the footers nor could I put stone on the outside of it and tile on the top.

 

Then I tried foundation but could not figure out how to get the concrete patio to set right and the top was wood wall.

Then I tried retaining wall, but I can’t get the concrete floor to show up on that because it is not a room

What is your suggestion?
