Chief Architect plans like shown in attachment - $350 per set
All presentation pricing includes the following;
PDF’s Blueprint style presentation plans
Color rendered Title Pg. – Color filtered as shown – w/ accessories and enhancements - not
shown on other render pages
Dimensioned & scaled Floorplan for kitchen & up to 3 other rooms included (bathrooms,
mudrooms, pantry’s, bar area’s etc.)
 Cabinet schedule showing standard mods to cabinet if neccesary
 Cabinet section cut, pertinent molding applications & standard cabinet dimensions
 Dimensioned Elevation pages
 Render Pages – Line Drawings in black and white – w/ a focus on all walls of cabinetry
throughout
 Including blips of accessories as specified
11 x 17 Landscape template w/ your logo (given to me as a JPEG)
Chief Architect Presentations - expect a 48-72 hour turn around
Grouped PDF of Plan pages – floorplan separate – individual PDF pages as needed – please specify
Open to customizing per your direction

 

Chief Architect - Extra’s
Most are typically not produced until layout is finalized w/ client & plan is ready to be signed off
Kitchen Walk-Thru - $100
Electrical floorplans (must give detailed scope) - $70 per page
PBR Renders - $70 per Render
Extra rooms after complimentary kitchen & 3 other areas/rooms - $15 per room
As-Is plans w/ your scope of Demolition - $50 per page
Different size plan layout pages - $35 per set
Revisions (2 hour Minimum) - $45 Per hour

 

What I Need From You
Architectural plans, Field measurements, w/ casing to casing measurements, ceiling height’s, all
dimensions pertinent dimensions must be noted. Notes as to layout preferences/placement, any
changes to existing plumbing re-locations or anything major.
Specify Cabinet Manufacturer, door style (any door details such as edge, frame, panel
preference) color, wood species, box/drawer construction, inset, overlay, frameless, cabinet
alignment, molding specifics (for my own reference).
PDF of spec book
Any photos for the style/look clients are trying to achieve.
