Camera view only shows plain grey screen after x16 update

Hello! I installed an update on x16 this morning, and immediately after going back to working on my plan, the camera view just pops up a grey screen. From what I can tell, all layers and settings are on like normal. I tried resetting all preferences, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, restarting the computer, starting new plans, copy and pasting plans, and nothing is working. I saw one other post that someone shared this same issue in 2022 with no real solution. Can anyone help before I call tech support?

The typical first culprit for something like this would be a graphics card. I would make sure your graphics card driver is up to date.

 

Our technical support team is a great resource for troubleshooting this further if your graphics driver is up to date. They can be contacted by calling 208.292.3399 or by submitting a case through the Technical Support Center.

 

They would probly want copies of your message log and system information. Here are some Knowledge Base articles on how to find that information:
