BurlwoodStudio Posted March 13 Share Posted March 13 My building is 3' from the property line and overhang will be 12" (or less if need be). Eaves and wall need to be 1-hour fire-rated. 1. Can we use a gutter on the facia? If so, do I make my overhang less than 12" to accomodate gutter depth? 2.
