Migration form 2020 to Chief

I am considering switching to Chief Architect after using 2020 for past 17 years.  I am looking for some insight from individuals who have recently changed from 2020 to Chief. We are a cabiet Design center and really only sell cabinetry and countertop Here are some specific questions:

1. How long did it take you to feel comfortable with Chief Architect?
2. How long did you run both programs simultaneously before cutting the cord?
3. Are you still able to access your past 2020 designs?
4. What type if any old designs did you "transfer" to Chief and how did that work
5. Anything I should be aware of or concerned about before making the change. 
6. What are the benefits you are seeing from making the switch.
