WALKOUT BASEMENT/RETAINIG WALL HELP!

Howdy ya'll!

 

I need help with a walkout basement and retaining walls. I have a property that has many slopes and grades. I need to keep the valley and slope at the very back of the property.

 

At the same time, I need to add a walk-out basement that has stepped retaining walls. I've attached my plans, the property plot plan (shown in the PICTURE/PDF Boxes layer), and photos of the walk-out style I am trying to create. 

 

I currently have an ELEVATION REGION creating the walkout but you will see that it is creating terrain inside my basement. UGH! I also have retaining walls but they are not acting as standard retaining walls.
