Brick + Linen seeks a talented and highly motivated Architectural Drafter to join our team. The Architectural Drafter will join our internal team of Architectural Designers. 

Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of drafting experience in Chief Architect.

 

Architectural Drafter Duties and Responsibilities

·       Report to CEO and Architectural Designer

·       Draft full sets of construction documents for custom homes and commercial buildings

·       Drawings to include floorplans, exterior elevations, foundations, interior elevations, cross sections, electrical schematics, plumbing schematics, ceiling grids, along with custom details as needed.

·       Ensure drawings and details are to proper building codes.

·        

Architectural Drafter Requirements and Qualifications

·       Post-Secondary Education required or equivalent.

·       3-5 years residential drafting experience

·       Chief Architect and CAD experience required.

·       Excellent communication skills
