DennisKD
I've moved my Chief Architect 10 from an old Windows XP laptop to a newer Windows 10 PC. I followed the installation advice from the following thread but I wasn't able to find the recommended HASP USB Key driver I've gotten the software to install. When I run the Registration Wizard, I put in my CD Key and click "Next" and get a "No appropriate hardware lock was found" error. I click to run the troubleshooter and get the following: No ART hardware locks found. SuperPro Error Code: 12 (Driver not installed) HASP Error Code: -100 (Driver not installed) My USB lock is plugged in and the light is on. Can anyone direct me to the correct driver? JackFrost
Were you able to resolve this issue? Does anyone from ART monitor this thread? I installed the Sentinel System Driver 7.6.1 and the two SuperPro Error Code and HASP Error Code msgs went away. Now only the No ART Hardware locks found. I Almost got it! just a little more help is needed.
