Another (E) ADU made legal in California

Seems this is becoming more and more prevelant. People from all over are looking to make legal their ADU's for the added property values and income possibilities. California is really promoting ADUs through the legislature to help solve their housing supply shortage and as such there has never been a more "Pro ADU" attitude in this state. I've been doing this long enough to remember when cities and county's would fight you tooth and nail to deny your request for an accessory dwelling unit but those days are over.
