AB Overlay Color not showing up

I went through the tutorial on AB Overlay and successfully followed along (see attached). When I tried to apply the same procedure to a client AB I am working on, I did not get the same visual results.

 

All conditions are the same except this:

Tutorial was created in a Residential Template and my client file was created with a Kitchen & Bath Template.

 

If this is the problem, is there a way to transfer my client file to a Residential Template without rebuilding it? I tried to attach my client file and it was too large. If it is not the problem I must have a setting that I am unaware of that is not allowing the color to come through.
