DWG Import Annotation & Scale Issues

Hi, I'm having an issue when I import CAD files I've never encountered before. Everything seems to import at the original scale drawn in CAD either than arrows, for some reason they're importing at a size of 54" which is not my default arrow size in Chief nor the arrow size they were drawn in originally in CAD. I have no clue what would cause this as everything else is importing fine, it's not just the one file either I have around 80 CAD files from this client I've tried importing and all of them have the same issue, any thoughts on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
