JT, your comment got me to thinking about my older PC (i7-6900K) and its repeat failure mode - graphics cards failing. The PC itself is working great (ASUS motherboard) but it is now on its third graphics card (this time also made by ASUS). It is air cooled and I'm now wondering if that is the reason for the failures... It could also just be the marine environment as the previous graphics cards displayed considerable corrosion on the printed circuit boards at the time of failure. Time will tell :).
