Looking for CA user x14 or x15 that is a Structural PE in NC

I am a designer (usually only through schematic) using X15 and we have a unique production project that requires a Structural PE in NC or both NC and SC that uses CA X14 or X15 that I can hand drawings all the way through framing to for review, slight mods and stamping.  Idea is that everything should be good to go, except final edits by Structural Engineer, who could take plan files from me, modify as needed in CA 14 or 15, add any CAD drawings and then stamp drawings for contractor.  These are high end marine docks that are being designed.
