Adding Dormers on existing plan

HI,

 

I'm new to Chief Architect. I started the project thinking I only needed a 3rd floor plan.  3rd floor is actually the attic with dormers.  I'm trying to figure out the best way to add the dormers so I can create some 3D Views for client. Any suggestions?
