We have designed a single family house floor plan in Chief architect, but are beginners.

We will need from you:

Building envelope including roof design(pitch panes, custom wall heights)

custom windows and sliding glass doors.Plus decks, porches & patios.

Later: Ability to import the (sloped terrain) ground survey map.

landscaping, paths and retaining walls.

generate a materials list with rough cost estimate for construction.
This will be built near Sandpoint. (So local code knowledge for later work would be good.)

Note: This is for design. We will have an architectural firm + engineer for the actual submission. Please include rate + sample projects.
