cad to CA to use for marketing 3d

have CA 10 and cad files, tried to import dfg but too complicated for amateur, 1,600 sq foot 2 story town home, just need one unit for marketing, don't need any exterior except through rear to patio, would prefer CA version so I can change finishes, floors, cabinets, appliances etc. for customers, I made X10  plan with reference floors etc but now out of time to complete 3d walk through, ggower@tampabayhousing.com 727 688 8338
