Intern Architect

AshTree, a full service architectural firm located in Ellicott City, MD with a range of residential and commercial projects is looking to fill an Intern Architect position:

Intern Architect:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of paid architectural work experience.
BA or BS architectural degree is required.

Job duties include:
- Measure existing conditions.
- Develop 3D models using ChiefArchitect and/or Revit.
- Coordinate with consultants, organize project data, and produce construction document and details.

The following qualifications are required for this position:
- Proficiency in professional design software programs: Revit 2013 and ChiefArchitect X5.
- Worked on construction documents and details (include samples)
- Familiar with ADA and building codes
- Ability to work independently or on a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adheres to project procedures and directions.
- Effective and accurate in written and oral communication in English.

Work hours will be flexible by arrangement.

This is In-office position.
