Kansaschief Posted May 7, 2019 Share Posted May 7, 2019 I'm looking for a designer that could help with a home addition. I'm located in southeast Kansas, outside of Fredonia. This plans are not for city or county use. Owner use only. We bought "Delaware Springs", a historic property known by Indians and early settlers for it's healthy spring water. It has a basic 2-bedroom house. We want to add a master addition with a little character. The property lends itself for a two level addition (see picture). Think "walk-out basement", but the lower level will mostly be exposed. We will also be renovating/adding to the kitchen. It's probably not 100% necessary, but I think a site visit would help.
