sunnyside
Hello, is it possible to change the highest ridge point dimension to calculate the overall height at the point between the eaves and ridge line? My municipality requires structures with a sloped roof of 5/12 and greater, to calculate the overall height point at mid roof, between the eaves and ridge. Any slopes 4/12 and less are considered flat roofs and are measured to the ridge for overall height.
solver
What "highest ridge point dimension" are you asking about? You may always add a manual dimension.
sunnyside
Specifically when using the auto story pole dimensions tool in a side elevation. I was hoping for a quick setting option for this but I can not seem to locate anything of the sort.

There is a snap point at the center of the roof plane in elevation -- easy to pick it up with a line and use it for a manual dimension.
