Looking for contract help with a design(s)

I am a General Contractor getting into decks and home improvement. I purchased Home Designer Pro thinking I could create 3D renderings for my customers. The technical aspects of some of this is more difficult than I imagined. I am looking for help for a deck project (immediate) and a possible LTR around this kind of work.

 

Deck project need:

1) Design: 2D, 3D, and 360 of deck and rear of house exterior.

2) Materials list to use for materials bid

3) Some light landscaping around deck

4) Construction Documents in support of permit applications and build team

 

Please respond here with contact info or call my mobile 920.360.1040. Let's talk about details (rate, etc). This is remote work. Projects are in WI. Ability to quickly adjust to local building codes important.
