amddrafting Posted November 20, 2017 Share Posted November 20, 2017 Anyone know how to keep text boxes from resizing when opening a file that was worked on by a different user on a different computer? I'm assuming because I'm running on a different resolution their text resizes and causes them to push to an second line and some of the text is missing. A simple open and close of the object fixes this but it's very tedious when you're trying to wrap up a project and there is a lot of back and forth to add information and every time I open it I have to fix the text. Tab get off too. I have text perfectly aligned on my screen and when they open them the tabs are all out of alignment. Any way to fix this without defaulting my resolution to theirs? texashouseplans Posted January 8, 2018 Share Posted January 8, 2018 Did you ever figure this out? I dealt with the same problem for months and just figured it out. Had to go to "Display" settings in windows and change "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" back to 100%. I had it at 125% previously because it was on a smaller screen. This resolved it.
