door jamb in pony wall not right thickness

Good morning,

 

I am continuing work on previously posted plan. I am adding doors to my walls that are interior-4 lowers and glass upper sections. However, when I add the doorway, even though it is in the interior 4 section of the wall, it is making the thickness of the jamb to fit the glass upper wall. I've tried adjusting heights of the door and wall sections and adjusting the values of the jamb but nothing has resolved this. 

 

Plan is attached, doors are off the bathroom on the first floor.
