Roof Help Needed

Can anyone help me out with the roof on this project I am working on?

 

Or at least some pointers to get me going in the right direction, I'm sure there are some changes needed to

walls etc. to make it work like the image of what I am wanting

 

I can deal with the details for rendering, Finishes etc Just need a roof to work with.

 

I attached the Plan file and a jpg of what I am going after

 

I have spent no time on the final window placement, changing materials as needed etc just got the floor-plan layout finalized

and want to get the roof figured out so I can see where I may be able to locate HVAC equipment etc.

 

I am willing to pay for the help if needed Just let me know.

I kind of jumped the gun asking for help, I am watching videos and reading up on it more now

 

I will get some real questions together if I don't figure it out,

 

and I will add  my version info, etc.
