Thanks for the responses. I'll get electronic versions of the older plans before getting back here.

House is a contemporary, open floor plan, two-level plus basement. 3000 square feet including the half of the basement which is finished. What other specs can I provide?
For those asking for scans of the original plans, what's the best way since they are large blueprints. Are well-taken iPhone pics sufficient to start? If not, suggestions for scanning large paper?

Follow up: my end goal is to have this readable/editable in Home Designer 2016 since that's what I have. (Yes, I could do this myself since I'm a capable guy but I'm new to HD and would rather have someone else jumpstart things.)
I have a PDF file of the recent renovation - easy enough to share. I have large hardcopies of the original blueprints. What's the best way to get those in a form that I could share with someone?
FWIW, I'm wondering up front what broad range this goes for, i.e. is this typically a $200 thing or a $2000 thing? I know it's hard to answer that but I'd also like to avoid taking people down a road if I could have known out of the gate that the required budget is too much. Possible to answer with info I can provide or not even vaguely possible without seeing the drawings?

I have a 25 year old house with original construction docs plus drawings of an extensive renovation (1st floor gut) done a year ago. I'd like to end up with a single electronic version of the plans reflecting the house in its current state. What is the best way to approach this? What additional info should I provide to get a reasonably accurate quote for the drafting work?
Approximate Effort/cost To Create .plan From Hardcopy Drawings?

I've sent private messages with a link to docs to a few people but I may have missed a few others. If you're interested in quoting me a price, please message me and I'll get back to you with info.
Thanks,
