Thanks for the suggestion which I followed. However, I am seeing this now.

I created a closet with a flat shelf ceiling in a room with vaulted ceilings. In the vaulted ceiling, the ceiling plane has a whole above. While this happens sometimes with my soffits and the holes disappear magically, it does not go away with the shelf ceiling. Any suggestions how to fix this? Thanks!
