Hi, I would like to learn how to create a spiral staircase for a 2 story plan I'm working on

I want part of the garage to have a core floor, the other area will be 4" concrete, 8" on the core floor.  I created a separate area for that core floor but when I change the settings to what I want it changes the other part of the garage as well.    Suppose a guy could just do the whole garage as core.

Core floor area is 8" concrete, 8' walls

Rest of garage - 4" concrete, 48" walls

How do I go about having 2 areas with different floor settings?  I've got 2 areas defined with an invisible wall.  Like I said I just want 2 different settings for the areas.

Hopefully they fix it in future release!

Anyone have these issues with bearing wall footings not extending past the adjacent 90 deg. wall or extending out 8" past end of the wall?

Hi, with my zero entry house my 8' garage doors are pushed right up under the soffit.  The roof is manually drawn, how does a guy go about raising the roof to allow 8' garage doors and still have all the soffits line up on the garage and house?  And without wiping out parts of the manual roof?  Any help would be appreciated!

I can send the plan, would rather not put my floors plans on for everyone to use!

Hi, how do you fill in the area under the garage when it won't be excavated?  See attached pic.

Awesome, thanks!  That was easy enough. How do you change to a glass panel railing?  

 Another issue, when I draw in a custom railing to follow the stairs, the wall below will wipe out the railing when I move it out to align with the stairwell.
