Tea Time, thanks for the solution! This thought came to me last night while I was on my thinking chair. I have done this by also drawing a regular polygon with many sides, converting that to either a face or solid and then using the rotate tool. Thanks for your insights on this!!

I am trying to use the Revolve Object to rotate a cylinder or circular face 90 degrees to make an elbow for piping. It works for any other shape except for circles. Can anyone help?

I having a problem with the walls around the stairs. I have used the half wall around the stairs and at the ends I have two ends that extends up. I have then tried the straight railing and made the changes for a solid panel to follow the stairs and I get the same thing. Also, there is no handle for this extension for me to manipulate. I have attached the jpg picture of the stairs with the problem. Your help would be appreciated.
