This isn't happening with any other referenced view.

I am doing a remodel and have created a separate existing building file and am using it as an underlay to show where walls are being removed: 

BUT, when I export the views to layout, they all default to the last view I export. Here I export the first floor:

So far so good. Here are the settings:

Then it all goes awry. This is what happens when I export the second floor:

And now the third...

This only happens with this one plan. Could using the plan reference be messing things up? Has anyone seen this before?

I am trying to do a presentation plan and am using a top down orthographic view with watercolor and overlaid lines. I can't get the resolution I need exporting an image from CA so I have sent the view to Layout as a live view. We also tried it as an image. The problem is that every time I try to create a PDF two walls disappear. The view box is large enough, so I haven't cropped the view, I've had our veteran Chief guy look at it, and we're stumped. Here is the result:

Has this happened to anyone else? I have tried outputting this about a dozen times and the same two walls are cut off every time. 

I am running CA Premier X12 on a Dell with these bells and whistles. I also have Bluebeam Revu as my PDF print driver in addition to the "Export" function in CA. I have tried to print and to export with the same result . Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, but in reality there are only two C channels on either side with planking in between. I'd like to be able to show that, but I don't want to spend a ton of time on it. 

I've only been at this since May, so I admit I am not quite up to speed on some things.

Thank you both for your help! Both worked. I had added the invisible wall at first because the bridge is supposed to be c channels with planking on top and tried to build it that way. I tried using deck rails but that didn't work. I assume that is another topic for another discussion.

I tried as you suggested and dragged the non-offending rail over the incorrect rail with the same result. Both wall types are exactly the same.

Right--I forgot--CA Premier X12; Windows 10 Pro

I am attempting to show a bridge structure from a stair to a loft and CA is showing a dropped area underneath the railing:

You will note that the railing perpendicular to this does not have this problem. I have rechecked my defaults, added a room under the bridge with the same settings as the room without the issue, and asked our CA guru...we are at a loss. This seems to be an issue with the wall created underneath the railing, but the settings for this railing are exactly the same as the perpendicular one Here's the troublesome railing:

This symbol attached recently started appearing on all of my drawings and my default for dimensioning, placing objects, etc is no longer orthogonal. It's like "control" is always being pressed, even though I'm not. I know I must've hit something to turn it off and I'm pretty sure that's what this symbol means. Can anyone tell me how restore it?
