Thanks! Made a couple of staircase changes and no longer need it. Great community of creative thinkers here.

I need a dormer for head room for the staircase from the first floor to the second floor. Is there a way to place the dormer on the 1st floor roof and have it intersect the 2nd floor walls?

Has anyone found or know how to make an editable spiral staircase? Height, number of treads and width?

  I have a set of plans from an architect and the homeowners want some significant design changes and also high quality 3D renders. (Thanks CA)

The drawings show several pocket doors where a wall is butting into the pocket door frame.I have never seen this and suspect there will be problems down the road.

Is this something you guy's have encountered? If so how would it be framed?

Thanks I failed to download the bonus catalog.  Found the duct work. Any one know of water supply and drain catalog?

Is anyone aware of bonus catalogs with HVAC ductwork and or plumbing supply and drain  for 3d renders?
