Thanks for pointing me in the right direction Lew. The process was: 3d menu - Materials - Convert Textures to Materials select the folder that has all the textures/materials within it and its imports to the user catelog under the folder name.. done..

G'day all, Im just wondering, is there a way to create a mass import or save for a larger number of materials. I have a list of colorbond roof sheeting materials with all the manufacturers colours and would like to import or copy them into the library. Thanks.
