Salesperson to lead clients thru the project development process including design, selections, and educating the client throughout the process and working with their tastes, style, and budget.

 

Qualifications:

·         Experience in sales and in-depth knowledge of residential construction including the construction process, construction materials, and residential building codes.

·         Remodeling field or sales experience preferred.

·         An eye for residential design and ability to walk clients thru both the practical and the aesthetic part of residential design.

·         Must have an exceptional ability to work well with clients, leading them thru a process that likely involves “once in a lifetime” decisions. 

·         Must be a genuine team player and be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

·         Competent in using Microsoft software and desire to learn new technology as needed.

 

Salary:                  Base salary plus commissions (approx. 50/50 split)

Drafter to provide drafting support to our in-house architect and team of designers for residential new homes, renovations, and kitchens & baths.  Primary duties include assisting the architect and design team with creating and modifying designs and producing construction drawings for permitting.

 

Qualifications:

·         Must have experience working with CAD or other design software. 

·         Experience with Chief Architect software preferred but not required.

·         Field experience with remodeling projects preferred but not required.  

·         Two to three years of drafting experience preferred although for the right candidate we are willing to train.

·         Must have a working knowledge of residential building codes in VA. 

·         Must have competent knowledge of Microsoft software and a desire to learn new technology as needed.

·         Experience in cabinet design is a plus.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with fellow team members and with clients.

·         Must be a genuine team player, working together with fellow employees for the common goal of achieving Company goals and serving our clients well. 

·         This position requires attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and ongoing projects at once.

Residential Design-Build Salesperson

We are seeking a qualified individual with a flair and a passion for custom luxury home sales and design to join our Sales Team.  This position will work directly with clients to design their unique project (kitchens, baths, renovations, additions, and new homes) based on their needs, tastes, style, and budget.  This includes starting with a design concept and carrying it thru to handoff to the Production Team. 

 

Must have a minimum of three years’ progressive experience in residential design and/or sales.  Experience using design software is required and experience using Chief Architect is a plus. Must fully understand the residential construction process, material requirements, codes, supply base, purchasing process, and design using manual and computer aided design processes.  

 

Required skills / qualities are a strong work ethic, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, and ability to work within existing business systems and assist in continuous improvement of those systems.

Residential Design-Build Architect / Experienced Designer

We are seeking a qualified architect or experienced designer to lead and grow our new Architectural Division.  This position will act as a consultant to our designers as they work with clients to create conceptual designs and be responsible for the completion of the construction drawings for permitting, ensuring that the finished product meets architectural standards and required codes.  This position will also lead our sustainable green and universal design initiatives.

 

Must have a minimum of five years in residential design and thorough knowledge of architectural standards and residential construction code.  Experience using Chief Architect is strongly preferred.  Must fully understand the residential construction process, material requirements, codes, supply base, purchasing process, and design using manual and computer aided design processes.  

 

Required skills / qualities are a strong work ethic, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to work within existing business systems and assist in continuous improvement of those systems.
