I am using the reference display option when displaying a proposed addition. My issue is the reference display opacity in elevations camera shows through to the existing building, see attached image. Is there any fix to this? It displays accurately in camera view but as soon as I send it to layout is displays as attached image shows.

Hoping someone can explain why this happen. When I generate a PDF or print, the color portion has diagonal light grey lines. They are not visible in layout only when printing and saving as PDF. Any help would be great! thx

Is there a way when creating a 2 family residence to make the living are square footage display in reference to each unit instead of total living space?

Sorry guys I just don't get on here that often. This has been extremely helpful and I thank all of you for this information. This is an existing interior and I am not responsible for the choices in decor. I appreciate all the help on this.

Thats great Eric. How did you accomplish that?  I am also trying to put 2 gable dormers in the steep roof plane.  I am pretty new to this.

The upper section sits on top of the "Knee Wall" which in this instance is actually a full height wall

This is a home I intend to build.  Dormer roof ties in below second roof plane.

I am attempting to place dormers on the steep roof section of a Georgian Gambrel house.  I am having trouble with the ceilings (See attached pictures).  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

I have created 2 layer sets foundation detail, and plot plan set.  i have built necessary components.  when i go back to default set and edit a floor plan all me created layer sets vanish.  HELP

Is there a way to create a 9/6 window. Remodeling an old colonial and I am trying to replicate the existing windows which feature 9 lites in the top sash and 6 lites in the bottom sash.
