Hi, I am hoping someone can help me with my rendering issue. I am getting glowing edges that I don't know how to fix. I have tried adjusting my lighting and rendering settings but I still get that glowing look. Any suggestions or tips would be really appreciated. Thank you!

I just got a new computer are want to transfer my Library information and my user catalog from Chief Architect. I have a Mac and followed the instructions to go into my Finder then to library, I located the Chief Architect file and there are no library files in there for me to transfer. I have attached a photo showing what is in that folder. Can someone please help me transfer my library over. I way to many custom tiles to start over. Thanks!

That made the image brighter but not from the sun

That is checked

It looks the same. Absolutely nothing changes

If I use the Perspective Floor Overview the sun and shadows work But not in the other camera views

Yes they are both checked. And the shadows appear if I turn my lighting back on but nothing happens with the sun

My Sun is on and when I turn on the shadows nothing changes

Even when I use the generic sun nothing changes when I move the sliders.

I have tried every time of day and the sun never changes in the room

I can not figure out how to show the sun coming through the windows in a full camera view in X8. I have set my sun angle and no matter what time of day I set it to the sun never changes in my room or shows up. Is there something that I need to turn on that I am missing Thanks for the help! Here is the ray trace image

I am having trouble getting my light source where I want it with my sconces. I want it to look like the light is coming out of the bottom of the fixture and shinning down. I have adjusted the tilt angel to have the light point down and then adjusted the offsets to have the lighting come out of the bottom of the pendants but the lighting didn't change at all in my ray trace. The light is still coming out of the top of the fixture. Can someone please help me figure out how to move the light source. I have attached my plan and most of my materials have been custom made but you will at least be able to see what I was trying to do with the light. The first image I attached shows the bathroom and where the light source should be and the second image is a quick ray trace. Thanks! Clay 14 West 1.plan

Thank you for all your help! I Turned off all of the lights and adjusted the sun to shine through the window and it is still really dark. This was 14 passes
