Gawdzira, No I am not using Layout, I have been trying to work on a templete for layout sheets, But haven't had a chance to do them yet, I have been saving my plans as a PDF I did send my site sheet attached to layout, But it showed it as a small drawing right in the center of the sheet.

Good morning everyone, I am hopping someone can help me. I have 3 drawings I need printed, (Site, interior existing & Interior proposed) on 24X36 paper size. I am trying to get the all to print at 1/4 Inch to scale, But when I save as a PDF and then go to the copy shop and print, They do not scale out at 1/4 inch. I am pulling my hair out over this, I even went back into my files this morning and checked to be sure the drawing size paper is set at 24X36 And still I am having problems. I have attached my drawings for you to see Any suggestions ? Does anyone know where I can find a cad detail showing Water heater strapping that I can include in my plans for the city building dept. I have looked in the CAd detail catalog but can not find anything. Thanks, Dale

Building dept. called me yesterday and wants me to change my site plan. my current site plan shows existing floorplan of house. They want me to show "proposed" floorplan. Is there a way I can omit the existing floorplan of the house and replace it with the proposed, without loosing or having to re-draw the entire exterior showing landscaping, parking, north pointer, etc. ? Any help would be great, Thanks, Dale

ShaneK, Thank you for the link, I am trying this and I am having a dickens of a time trying to get my existing footprint of the house plan of the house to layout on plot and also to show driveway, parking and setbacks.... But I refuse to give up, ...... Dale U.

Hello everyone, I am a new user to CI and am trying to draw a simple Plot drawing showing the existing house, driveway and property lines, But am having trouble finding instructions on doing this, The reference manual is over 1300 pages and I cant find where it may be, Any help would be great..
