Dermot - thank you for mentioning that the threshold is for the OPENING of the cabinet. That solved the issue. ***FOR FRAMED CABINETRY WITH 1-1/2" STILES*** If you set the Auto Door Threshold to less than 21" (I went with 20-7/8"), AND you have the door defaults for the bases/walls/talls set as either Auto-Left or Auto-Right (it HAS to be one of the auto doors) the door will automatically change to a double door when you have a 24" cabinet. For frameless cabinetry with 3/4" box, you'd want to make that threshold probably 22-3/8" I'm guessing. We do almost 100% framed cabinetry in our market currently, hence I have my defaults set for framed cabinetry. Thanks again Dermot
