We are remodeling a 100 year old Minnesota beach home. From 3 room (880 sq ft) to 5 room (1400+ sq ft). This includes changing the attic into a loft.
I can show you a plan of the original structure and the plan for a hoped for remodel. I haven't figure out how to put both on a single plan without it getting very confusing, as some existing walls need to be taken down and other walls added. So I'm not including plans here. Looking to know what it would cost to have the roof plan finished. Thank you in advance!
