i made a fresh simple four wall house plan and the decking shows up. how can i get it back on the other plan. i have a lot of other details i do not want to lose?

Hello. i am new to home designer pro. I am using the 2016 version. I have a two story home and am adding a deck to the back. The railing show up but not the floor. I have designed decks with this before with no problem. i have restarted the program, and gone to same file, but have same issue. please help
