    I am just saying that when I open a plan that was created in a earlier version of chief like version 4,5 or 6, it does not keep the same layer set that it was saved in. So I have to go through the plan and turn off the offending layers like door & window casing. -rp

    Why is it that when I open legacy plans in V7 it doesn't use the layer set it was saved in? Thanks -rp

    never mind I figured it out, sorta I just 0'd out the casing on the door. Still dosnt look good in plan view
