Thank you everyone for your replies. My apologies for not posting the plan - my first time posting here. 

I am trying to get a wrapped stair to extend to a 45 degree angled wall on one side. I have the "winder" and "allow wrap" boxes checked and when I join the two sections together, it no longer fits to the angled wall like it does when the stair sections are separate. I have tried a multitude of stair specification settings, but nothing seem to resolve the issue. Please see the two attachments to see the resulting issue. Any ideas on how to correct this seemingly simply problem?

I have created a right-angle stairway from the Main floor level to a Bonus Room above the Garage. Since one portion of the stairway extends into the garage, I would like the stairway enclosing walls to follow the stair stringers rather then extend down to the garage floor. Tech Support does not know a way to do this, has anyone figured out a work around? Please see the attached jpg.
