Hi all,
We're looking for an experienced Chief Architect designer to help complete a residential permit set for a remodel and small addition project along the Colorado Front Range. The project is currently at roughly 75% construction documents — the previous designer is no longer available to continue. We have the native .plan files and a completed structural engineering set from a separate PE. What's needed is completion of the remaining architectural items (wall sections, building details, code compliance) and coordination with the structural engineer to align both sets for permit submittal.
Ideal candidate has experience with mountain residential construction and is familiar with Colorado county permit processes. Local to the Denver metro / mountain corridor is preferred but not required.
This is a paid engagement — happy to discuss scope and fees directly. Please reply here or send me a message if you're interested.
Thanks!
