Pasadena-based design-build contractor specializing in single-family homes, additions, and major remodels is seeking an experienced Residential Designer using Chief Architect.
Requirements:
Experience designing single-family homes
Ability to prepare planning and building permit packages in California
Knowledge of CA Residential Building Code
Experience with Chief Architect
Understanding of residential construction and materials
Comfortable working with clients and interior selections
This is a full-time in-office position in Pasadena (not freelance).
