Want to get a set of construction plans completed to permit for building a small residential project: foundation, floor plans, cross sections, framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and door / window opening schedules and elevations.
The structure is to be a 28 x 32 two-story garage with a 1 BR efficiency living space on the 2nd floor.
Rough layout already created in CAD. Construction to be in North Carolina.
Previously Licensed as Builder - so hopefully this makes working together easier.
