You were on the right path DBCooper. It WAS the login, but not exactly how you envisioned.
Essentially, the software was purchased by a different account than my actual login. (corporate account)
So I need to be logged into the account that purchased the software, not the account using the software.
I'll need to sit with my manager on how we will proceed from here.
