CROSS Luxury Remodeling (San Antonio, TX) is seeking a skilled Chief Architect draftsperson for remote, per-project contract work. The ideal candidate can produce clean, accurate Chief Architect plan files and renderings from PDFs and provided design direction.
Responsibilities
Build complete Chief Architect models from PDFs and architectural source files
Collaborate remotely with our design team to confirm accuracy and project intent
Produce:
As-built plans
Bid plan sets (per our drafting standards)
Construction documentation plan sets
Create high-quality interior and exterior renderings using provided materials, selections, and design concepts
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Chief Architect (X15)
Solid understanding of residential construction and design documentation
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently
