My Mistake. The print was so small I thought it was 11 1/8 but it is 11 7/8. Thanks for pointing that out! apologies for the confusion. LOL

started from scratch. utilizing wall footings option. will use a poly for slab floor, and footings. seems easier. thanks again option 5-Perspective Full Overview Image.pdf

Stem wall needs to be 96 from footing to top on left side. Ledger on the right. 11 1/8" TGI FF In basement needs to be 84 from ceiling. Every time I input the numbers it auto changes something else...? Suggestions please. Thank you, Jake
