Cant seem to have both? I have a plan with a second floor loft with a 12/12 pitch roof. If I call the loft area open to below it is indeed open to below, but it ads a second story to the plan. If I call it attic it drops the walls and puts the roof in line with the rest of the plan but I now have a floor in the are that should be open to below? Anyone have a fix for this? I am sure this has been done in the past. Thanks, Joe
