  1. I am using Chief Architect X17 Premier and working with block (aerated concrete) walls. I want to include additional materials in the cost estimation, such as block adhesive (glue) and reinforcing mesh tape. The adhesive has a known consumption rate of 5 kg per square meter of wall area, and the mesh tape has a linear consumption based on wall height. Chief Architect already knows the wall area, but I can't find a way to automatically define a custom material (like glue) that calculates its quantity based on the wall surface area. I tried adding a custom component to the wall and using formulas like = wall area * 5, but I receive an "Evaluation Error". Also, in my version (X17), the Master List and Materials List Management do not allow me to create area-based calculated components or enter multipliers. How can I automatically include adhesive and mesh tape based on wall surface area in my material list, without having to enter it manually every time?
